!Huzzah! and Welcome to the Country Renaissance Festival

The Country Renaissance Festival is back for our 3rd year to transform Country Heritage Park into the village of Whittingham once again, with another weekend of merriment on June 4th and 5th, 2011.

We have an educational and entertaining schedule this year, including some new events:

Queen and Crowd
  • Educational Day ... two special days just for school classes (not open to the public) have been added to the schedule this year on Thursday June 2nd and Friday June 3rd.  This event will showcase many of our cast, merchants and villagers as they entertain students from grades 3 to 7 with stories and activities related to life in the medieval and renaissance time periods.  Click on the Education Day menu above for more information on how you can participate in this event.

  • Tavern Pub Sing ... on Saturday June 4th after the village gates close at 6PM, the villagers scurry to the tavern to engage in spirits and song late into the evening and this year you're invited to join them celebrate a special event.

  • Photo Contests ... we know you're going to want to take pictures of the Royal Court and villagers of Whittingham as they are engaged in entertaining you; this year we've added a Photo Contest for the best photos of 2011.  You can view the contest rules, categories and prizes by following the Gallery link above.

Please keep checking back as we will be adding new content to our website as we finalize the weekend festivities.

Faires In Time Inc., Pocket Watch Theatrical Productions and the cast, volunteers and staff of the Country Renaissance Festival look forward to seeing you in June 2011 ... !Huzzah!
